Eligibility

You’re eligible to initiate a return within 30 days from the date you received your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with the original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

To start a return, please get in touch with our customer service team, providing your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the next steps to return the product.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is damaged or the wrong item was sent due to our oversight.

Refund or Exchange

Upon return, you have the option to either receive a refund to the original method of payment or exchange the item for another product of the same value.

Refund Processing

We will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions
