1 review for "Winter of Mt. Fuji” Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha (富士の冬) (Tin)

  1. Daisy Alexander

I purchased both the ceremonial and culinary grades of matcha. The ceremonial grade was excellent, with no need for sweetener, and even made a fantastic latte that my picky kids loved, surpassing any commercial matcha we’ve tried, including Starbucks. Opting for the culinary grade as a cost-saving measure, I found it pleasantly non-bitter and almost on par with commercial options, but the ceremonial grade’s unmatched taste justifies the higher cost. The ceremonial matcha also provided a better focus and energy boost than coffee, making it my preferred choice despite the price, for its quality and benefits.
